Frequently Asked Questions

Is there parking at the venue?

Parking is FREE all day on site in the multi-story carpark. As you arrive you'll notice our team in red t-shirts. They'll be able to answer any questions and direct you to the main auditorium where our services take place.

How do I register my kids for Kids Church?

We provide action-packed, fun and faith-filled, age-specific programmes for children aged 1-10yrs old as well as a parenting area for those with babies. When you arrive on Sunday our volunteers will be waiting to meet you and escort you to the kids check-in desk. On your first visit we need the following personal information: parent/legal guardian names, children’s names and birthdates, address, phone number and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for each child. This information is entered into our database to help maintain our secure check-in system.

Is there an area for parents with young babies?

Yes! We have a designated parenting zone so you can enjoy the service whilst attending to your babies. Situated on the top floor, the parenting area is accessible via the lift in the foyer.

Are the services suitable for youth & young adults?

Yes! If you're coming with teenage children, then head over to our youth hangout area where you can meet our youth leaders. They'll help your kids meet new friends and tell them more about what's happening for young people at Home Church. Likewise, if you're young adult or uni student you'll find someone you can connect with your age in the welcome foyer. Youth and young adults playing an active part, sitting and worshipping together. The messages are easy for youth and young adults to engage with and will inspire them in their walk with Jesus.

When do the doors open?

Doors to our welcome foyer open 30 minutes before each service when refreshments are served. It's a great opportunity to meet people and enjoy a drink before the service. There's always lots happening with friendly faces everywhere, so we encourage you to come early, take your time and enjoy the refreshments.

What can I expect in the services?

Our service's are lively, fun and inspiring. Worship at Home Church is contemporary in style and led by our creative team. Early in our time of praise and worship (often after the second song) the children are invited to go to Kids Church. At this time, parents should take their children to the age specific rooms then join us again for worship. As part of our worship we take time in our services to share communion one Sunday every month. Simply pick up a communion cup as you enter the auditorium and we'll take it together during the service. Our preaching is engaging, relevant and encouraging. We typically enjoy 30 minutes of preaching from one of our leaders, with occasional guest speakers too.

Can I receive prayer during my visit on Sunday?

Yes! We are a praying church and take a moment in our services to pray corporately for the needs of those who have asked for prayer. When you arrive for church you'll find red prayer cards available for you to write down your prayer needs. If you'd like prayer when you visit, let us know by filling in the card and handing it to one of our team. We can pray for you before, during or after the service or alternatively over the phone during the week.

Will there be an opportunity to give during the service?

Yes! We are a generous church and always take time to give everyone opportunity to contribute if they would like to. You can give during the service when prompted using the envelopes provided or alternatively by using your smart phone to give electronically.
